Support veterans in your home state.
Under the governance of Handicapped Veterans Association, Inc. dba HVA Social®, donations designated to a state are tracked in dedicated sub-ledger accounts. Third-party processor fees are deducted first, with proceeds allocated directly to that state’s veteran programs and community outreach.
Pilot State Departments
Kentucky, North Carolina, and Indiana lead our initial chapter rollout. Select a state to begin direct local giving.

North Carolina Department
Funding housing accessibility retrofits, wheelchair ramp installations, and family transition support for disabled military veterans across coastal and Piedmont regions.
Indiana Department
Supporting statewide veteran mobility programs, emergency medical assistance grants, and community peer support outreaches across Indiana communities.
Don’t see your state listed yet?
We are actively expanding across all 50 states and territories. When you make a general contribution or select an unlisted state, your gift is held under national unrestricted funds until local chapter operations launch.
Support General Veteran Relief →$50k Incorporation Threshold
State sub-accounts that accumulate $50,000 in net unrestricted contributions become eligible for independent legal chapter incorporation review.
Transparent Period Locks
Monthly state allocation batches are locked and audited with verifiable bank wire references before funds transfer.
